Smoking is one of bad habit that we must avoid. Smoking is not good for us, because it gives us some loss.
One of the loss is that smoking can make us die. About many thousands people in this world die every year as direct result of smoking. The smokers die because of diseases caused by smoking. Smokers are more likely to die of heart disease than non smokers.
The other loss is that smoking can damage our body, because cigarettes contain nicotine. Which nicotine is one of includes a very dangerous addictive substance. It can damage the heart, lungs, respiratory, and many more.
Still another loss is that smoking can make people suffer many diseases, like bronchitis, lung cancers, pneumonia, asphyxiate and many more.
Although smoking is really good for tobacco companies because they do make much money from smoking habit, but from those proofs above we conclude that smoking is not good for us, and not good for our health.
